"I would like to write to thank you Homeguard Leasing for your exceptional service you have shown to me as a Landlord and I know you have also shown to my tenants, which is so important to me. My flat used to be my home and I have always prided myself with providing someone else with a lovely flat to call home, when they stayed in my flat.
Unfortunately when I used a larger Flat Leasing Company they did not show as much care and attention to either my tenants or my flat, leaving both in a sorry state. But luckily you lovely people came to my rescue and not only did you look after my tenants, you also revamped my flat which the House Doctor could not have done better. The amount of love and attention and may I say you all went way and above the normal working expectations and hours to deliver my flat to an outstanding level, especially Wendy. I now live so far away from Aberdeen in England and it is so reassuring to know that my flat is being loved and looked after by all of the staff at Homeguard and I can truly say you are all fantastic, and the best thing of all, I can have a laugh with you all. In these challenging times, I class these things as one of the important things, so thank you. You all know my flat, you know me and you know my tenant, which leads to everyone being happy, thank you."
